An employee handbook is one of the first reflections that a new recruit gains about your company.

Whilst some organisations utilise this to share a raft of policies that people may never read, I prefer to create something exciting, creative and  visual that really allows the new employee to gain a feeling of what is important to you as an organisation and how you treat your staff.
